For our client in Frankfurt, we are looking for a Senior Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

As DevSecOps Engineer you will work closely with the agile team members to help increase speed of delivery, improve quality of code, optimize processes and increase security standards. 
You will be responsible for identifying the bottlenecks of various development and delivery processes and security vulnerabilities.
You will participate in the construction of a “safety culture” within the company by supporting the various teams and customers in the implementation of good safety practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Applications containerization
• Secure Azure, CI/CD and overall infrastructure by designing, integrating and developing instrumentation and processes
• Perform security design reviews for infrastructure and microservices
• Design and implement security configuration and fortify infrastructure components
• Conceptualise, develop, deploy and support security infrastructure, systems, applications and tools
• Build towards extensive coverage of compliance as code and continuous assurance across the technical environment

You Bring:

• Ready and willing to take ownership of problems and act on them independently and decisively
• Strong experience with containers security(Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understand and enjoy working with Azure
• Experience with developing code in Python
• Competence with building and deploying code through CI/CD as a containerised workload
• Knowledge of building and maintaining ephemeral infrastructure as code using Terraform
• Experienced with automation frameworks
• In-depth knowledge of modern authentication and authorisation frameworks, secrets management and PKI
• Ability to perform threat modelling for infrastructure and services and identify potential security issues
• Practical knowledge of GitOps principles is a plus
• Microservices
