With a degree in civil engineering, Paola Ochoa Fröhlich found her calling in IT recruitment. Paola is a specialist in finding, connecting, and successfully placing IT talents and experts. After more than 13 years in functional roles in sales, management, and executive functions, she founded the boutique IT agency FUTURO Associates in 2017. She runs it with her husband and partner Kristian Fröhlich.

Kristian, who has his professional roots in sales, has taken recruiting in Germany to a new level. He is a born networker. With over 16 years of experience in the DACH region, he has the knowledge, practice, and passion for moving his candidates, clients, and partners forward. For Kristian, eye level communication is one of the most important unique selling points of FUTURO Associates.

As a mother of a young daughter (which in itself is an excellent certificate) and accounting expert, Anja knows the business on the backside of sales. At FUTURO, she therefore supports the processes for sales and marketing as well as dealing with external partners. She elevates our Group HR to the boutique level.
